5. Kootami false promises getting exposed by the day. What is the use of supporting central government with representatives from our state when they cannot save interests of our state. Loans instead of grants for capital and privatizing the pride of AP.

   1. Yep, for brainless , its useless. Eg: If funds allocated to Capital and Polavaram are loans , what’s the point in mentioning central budget.          1. Brainless…she said its loan. She also mentioned we will also decide the repayment structure. After that formalities already done and state finance secretary mentioned 90:10 repayment ratio and repayment starts only after 30 yrs

            1. There are so many things that are verbally said and we’re later backtracked. There is only value to things that are put on paper as form of a GO or with a government seal. Show me a document where your so called 90:10 ratio was documented? Also, flash news, World Bank rejected Amaravathi as capital whichbputs the future of 15K crore in a dilemma.

            3. It was presented as part of budget within parliament and also confirmed as loan by central finance minister herself. What more proof do you need? Is you so called 90:10 ratio and repayment after 30 years discussed in parliament? When the bank that is supposed to provide the loan is not finalized, how will the terms be discussed unless it is fake propaganda.

            4. Do you know what is budget? Will you plan your brother/father loan as part of your budget? If loan repayment is from state govt, it should be burden for state govt and concern allocations should be from state budget. Yes, she mentioned the same in her after budget speech.
