లిక్క‌ర్ కేసులో ప్ర‌ధాన నిందితుడు రాజ్ క‌సిరెడ్డి విచార‌ణ‌లో చెప్పిన‌ట్టుగా వైఎస్ జ‌గ‌న్ పేరు ప్ర‌ధానంగా వినిపిస్తోంది. కూట‌మి స‌ర్కార్ టార్గెట్ జ‌గ‌నే. ఇది జ‌గ‌మెరిగిన స‌త్యం. ఈ కేసులో ఇప్ప‌టి వ‌ర‌కు 29 మందిని నిందితులుగా విచార‌ణ సంస్థ సిట్ తేల్చింది. జ‌గ‌న్ చుట్టూ ఉన్న ధ‌నుంజ‌య‌రెడ్డి, కృష్ణ‌మోహ‌న్‌రెడ్డి పేర్ల‌ను కూడా నిందితులు చెప్పిన‌ట్టు తెలియ‌డంతో, వాళ్లు ముంద‌స్తు బెయిల్ కోసం న్యాయ పోరాటం చేస్తున్నారు.

ప‌దేప‌దే వైఎస్ జ‌గ‌న్ చెప్ప‌డంతోనే లిక్క‌ర్ దందా చేశామ‌ని విచార‌ణ‌లో నిందితులు చెప్పార‌ని ప్ర‌చారం చేయ‌డం వెనుక టీడీపీ మార్క్ రాజ‌కీయం వుంది. త‌ద్వారా ప్ర‌జ‌లు కూడా అదే విష‌యాన్ని న‌మ్మి, జ‌గ‌న్‌పై నెగెటివ్ అభిప్రాయాన్ని నింపుకోవాల‌నేది ప్ర‌భుత్వ ఎత్తుగ‌డ‌. అప్పుడు జ‌గ‌న్‌ను అరెస్ట్ చేస్తే, ప్ర‌జ‌ల్లో ప్ర‌భుత్వంపై వ్య‌తిరేక‌త రాద‌నే ఉద్దేశంతోనే లిక్క‌ర్ కేసు విచార‌ణ‌ను సాగ‌దీస్తున్నార‌నే అభిప్రాయం వ్య‌క్త‌మ‌వుతోంది.

గ‌తంలో చంద్ర‌బాబును అరెస్ట్ చేసిన‌దానికి ప్ర‌తీకారంగా కూడా జ‌గ‌న్‌ను అరెస్ట్ చేసిన‌ట్టు అవుతుంద‌నే ఆలోచ‌న ప్ర‌భుత్వ ముఖ్య నేత‌ల్లో క‌నిపిస్తోంది. ఈ కేసులో రాజ్ కసిరెడ్డి ప్ర‌ధాన నిందితుడు కావ‌డంతో అత‌నే జ‌గ‌న్ పేరు చెప్పిన‌ట్టు రిమాండ్ రిపోర్ట్‌ను సిట్ అధికారులు రెడీ చేశారు. అయితే రిమాండ్ రిపోర్ట్‌పై రాజ్ క‌సిరెడ్డి మాత్రం సంత‌కం చేయ‌డానికి నిరాక‌రించాడ‌ని, ఇదే సిట్ బృందం కోర్టుకు చెప్పింది.

చేతిలో అధికారం వుంది. టార్గెట్ చేసుకున్నోళ్ల‌ని అరెస్ట్ చేయ‌డం పెద్ద ప‌నేమీ కాదు. జ‌గ‌న్‌ను అరెస్ట్ చేయ‌డానికి ఇంత‌కంటే మంచి త‌రుణం కూడా మ‌రొక‌టి లేదు. జ‌గ‌న్ అరెస్ట్ ఎలాంటి మ‌లుపు తీసుకుంటుంది? దాని ప‌ర్య‌వ‌సానాలు ఏంట‌నేవి కాలం తేల్చ‌నుంది. పాండ‌వుల్ని అర‌ణ్య‌వాసం, అజ్ఞాత‌వాసం చేయించినంత మాత్రాన‌, అంతా అయిపోలేదు క‌దా? దేనికైనా కాలం అనేది ఒక‌టి స‌మాధానం చెప్ప‌డానికి సిద్ధంగా వుంటుంది.

అధికారం ఎవ‌రికీ శాశ్వ‌తం కాదు. ఇది గుర్తించ‌కుండా అధికారంలో ఉన్న‌ప్పుడు త‌ప్పులు చేస్తుంటారు. ఇందుకు చంద్ర‌బాబు, జ‌గ‌న్ మిన‌హాయింపు కాదు. ఇప్పుడు కూట‌మి అంతిమ ల‌క్ష్యం జ‌గ‌న్ అరెస్ట్‌. దానికోసం ప్ర‌భుత్వం కౌంట్‌డౌన్ చేస్తున్న‌ట్టు… సిట్ విచార‌ణ తీరు తెలియ‌జేస్తోంది.

  3. We have seen many such news before from fake yellow media. Have SIT found any preliminary evidence of shell companies being used for laundering money from this alledged liquor scam just like how CBN laundered money in skill scam?

          First know, High court already quashed CBN out of the case. Our own jaffa Alla RK went to Supreme Court and Court shunted him out. So no Stay left on CBN related to Vote for Note Case

One thing is evident. I will be asking for evidences and argue subjectively with any yellow supporter if they make personal and fake allegations on YCP leaders and supporters, Jagan and his family members. There is no change to my stand unless government proves me wrong with evidence. Personal allegations and abuse will be responded with same coin complemented with additional sarcasm. Hope this is kept in mind..

    6. I respect your opinion and appreciate the language that you are using .. considering the previous cases and political people influencing  judicial decisions in both the ways. this case also may not end in favor of any one ..it will just drag based on center interest in state politics.

      But technically –

      1. i see issue in collecting cash only at Liquor shops. ( You may say that cash is required to distribute as pension — Amount going back to bank and withdraw every month would be hurdle — But not fair reason i feel –  agreement with different bankers would have solved this option ) 
      2. Gov doing the business in Andhra instead of private people ( TASMAC in TN state is different story — It is like independent corporation and dedicated people and financials. and it accepts digital payments) 
      3. Close people related party taking lease of distilleries. ( if no bad intensions this would have been avoided by jagan) 
      4.  main issue that got so much publicity in Andhra was quality of liquor .. If there is no kick backs – at least Jagan woyld have provide the good and known brands. ( Dont say that this companies permitted by CBN . Lot Of Solar agreements/Polavaram contracts gone for retendering process.. This one is very small thing to change that contracts)..

      Every politician will take some kind of kick back– but in jagan scenario — Not sure it is evident. he himself providing options for others to raise the eyebrows. 

      I would love to see your perspective on this questions as i am not closely following things on this issue.

        

      1. I do not know the reasons for collecting cash and it is up to courts to decide whether it was right or wrong. Even though cash was used, there should still be tracking by excise department on how many cases were sold and the cash collected.

        Government doing business instead of private people is not wrong. Indeed openly asking private people for commissions and encouraging belt shops is wrong. More states are moving towards government owning liquor outlets.

        What I do not get is how the unavailability of liquor brands van be linked to kickbacks? Did atleast one owner of these branded liquors complain against government asking for kickbacks?

        People who woild raise allegations on the gaps in liquor policy van do it openly and it will be taken as constructive criticism but making fake allegations of corruption without evidences is not called for and will be protested.
