Also, there was an economic slowdown that could have forced TCS to hold the investment in Vizag at the time and with things improving back now they might be moving forward with the idea.

    Even after knowing how corporates depend on economy and market conditions to prioritize their investments, some educated and politically selfish people are fighting about credit and stooping so much down that they are ready to steal others credit. Sad but true state of affairs.
