అమ‌రావ‌తిలో ఎక‌రా రూ.20 కోట్లు.. మ‌రిచిపోవాల్సిందే!

నాలుగు వేల ఎక‌రాల‌ను ఎక‌రా రూ.20 కోట్లు చొప్పున అమ్మ‌డం అసాధ్యం అని ప‌లువురు అంటున్నారు.

అమ‌రావ‌తి రాజ‌ధాని దానిక‌దే అభివృద్ధి చెందుతుంద‌నేది చంద్ర‌బాబు స‌ర్కార్ వాద‌న‌. అమ‌రావ‌తిని ప‌క్కా రియ‌ల్ ఎస్టేట్ వ్యాపారంగా మార్చేశార‌న్న‌ది ప‌చ్చి నిజం. ప్ర‌భుత్వ వాద‌న ఏదైనా కావ‌చ్చు. కానీ జ‌నాభిప్రాయం మాత్రం.. అమ‌రావ‌తిలో ముమ్మాటికీ రియ‌ల్ ఎస్టేట్ వ్యాపారాన్నే చేసి, ఆ వ‌చ్చే సొమ్ముతో అభివృద్ధి చేయాల‌ని అనుకుంటోంది.

ముందుగా రాజ‌ధానిలో పెట్టుబ‌డి పెట్టాల్సి వుంటుంది. ఇందుకోసం వేలాది కోట్లు వివిధ సంస్థ‌ల నుంచి ప్ర‌భుత్వం అప్పు తెచ్చింది. రానున్న రోజుల్లో మ‌రింత అప్పు తీసుకొచ్చే అవ‌కాశం వుంది. అమ‌రావ‌తిలో నాలుగు వేల ఎక‌రాల‌ను మొద‌టి విడ‌త‌లో విక్ర‌యించ‌డానికి సీఆర్‌డీఏ ప్లాన్ చేసింది. ఎక‌రా రూ.20 కోట్ల‌తో విక్ర‌యించాల‌నేది ప్ర‌భుత్వ ఆలోచ‌న‌. త‌ద్వారా రూ.80 వేల కోట్లు రాబ‌ట్టి, అప్పులు తీర్చ‌డంతో పాటు అభివృద్ధికి ఖ‌ర్చు పెడ‌తామ‌ని ప్ర‌భుత్వం చెబుతోంది.

అయితే ఎక‌రా రూ.20 కోట్ల‌కు కొనే ప‌రిస్థితి వుందా?… అంటే లేనే లేద‌నే అభిప్రాయం వ్య‌క్త‌మ‌వుతోంది. ప్ర‌స్తుతం రాజ‌ధానిలో ప్రైవేట్ వ్య‌క్తులు లేదా సంస్థ‌ల‌కు ఎక‌రా రూ.50 ల‌క్ష‌ల‌తోనూ, కేంద్ర సంస్థ‌ల‌కు ఎక‌రా రూ.4 కోట్ల‌తోనూ ప్ర‌భుత్వం క‌ట్ట‌బెట్టింది.

ఉదాహ‌ర‌ణ‌కు శాఖ‌మూరు వ‌ద్ద లా యూనివ‌ర్సిటీకి ఎక‌రం రూ.50 ల‌క్ష‌లు చొప్పున 55 ఎక‌రాలు, సీఎం బాబు బామ్మ‌ర్ది నంద‌మూరి బాల‌కృష్ణ‌కు సంబంధించిన బ‌స‌వ‌తార‌కం క్యాన్స‌ర్ ఇన్‌స్టిట్యూట్‌కు తుళ్లూరు వ‌ద్ద ఎక‌రం రూ.50 ల‌క్ష‌లు చొప్పున 6 ఎక‌రాలు ఇచ్చారు. ఇలాంట‌ప్పుడు ఎవ‌రైనా ఎక‌రా రూ.20 కోట్లు పెట్టి ఎందుకు కొనాలో ప్ర‌భుత్వ పెద్ద‌లే చెప్పాలి. చంద్ర‌బాబు స‌ర్కార్ ఆదాయం పెంచ‌డానికి, ఎక‌రా రూ.20 కోట్లు పెట్టి కొనుగోలు చేయ‌డానికి ఎవ‌రైనా వెర్రోళ్లా?

ఈ ప‌రిస్థితిలో నాలుగు వేల ఎక‌రాల‌ను ఎక‌రా రూ.20 కోట్లు చొప్పున అమ్మ‌డం అసాధ్యం అని ప‌లువురు అంటున్నారు. ఇలాగైతే అమ‌రావ‌తికి తీసుకొచ్చిన అప్పుల సంగతేంటో పాల‌కులే ఆలోచించాలి. అమ‌రావ‌తిలో ఎక‌రా రూ.20 కోట్ల‌కు అమ్మాలంటే, మ‌రో 20-30 సంవ‌త్స‌రాలు ప‌ట్టొచ్చేమో. అంత వ‌ర‌కూ రాజ‌ధాని కోసం తీసుకొచ్చిన అప్పుల‌కు వ‌డ్డీలే అస‌లుకు రెట్టింపు అవుతాయి. ఈ నేప‌థ్యంలో రాజ‌ధాని అభివృద్ధి బేతాళుని ప్ర‌శ్నే అని నెటిజ‌న్లు విమ‌ర్శిస్తున్నారు.

I deliberately trying to refrain from posting comments any comments but here comes the time. First of all, any person who has minimum education understands the definition of growth engines. we need to keep those growth engines outside political affliations or caste, creed, religion because this is the place all of us are born and we definitely wants to see this  place is flourishing there by giving brighter future for generations to come. that being said there is nothing wrong in giving feedback but your articles not alone this one but overall articles splitting venom on amaravathi. you need to understand one thing, Amaravathi is has become an emotion of Andhra people and by spitting venom you are creating your more damage for your self or party , ideology you are supporting. Pls refrain posting these kind of gossips, enough is enough.  if you are born in Andhra,. “Anna Tinna pallemlo ummesukovaddu”

      ఊహాలు వాస్తవాలు వేరు గా ఉంటాయి కేవలం 5000/- కోట్లు పెట్టి పూర్తి స్తాయిలో నిర్మించుకోవలిసిన రాజధాని నగరం లక్ష కోట్ల రూపాయలు  ఎందుకు అవసరమో గ్రహించాలి హైదరాబాద్ ను తలదన్నే నగరం విశాఖపట్నం ఉండగా విశాఖపట్నం లో  సచివాలయం, హైకోర్టు, అసెంబ్లీ భవనం, సచివాలయ ఉద్యోగులకు భవనాలు హైకోర్టు ఉద్యోగులు భవనాలు ఎమ్మెల్యే క్వార్టర్స్ ఇవే కదా రాజధాని అంటే వీటి నిర్మాణం నికి 5000/- కోట్లు చాలావా ? తెలంగాణ సచివాలయాన్ని కేవలం 600 కోట్లతో నిర్మించినారు మరి మన రాజధాని కి 5000/- కోట్లు సరిపోవా సార్ ముంపు ప్రాంతాలు ను రాజధాని నగరం గా ఎంపిక చేసి నిర్మంచడం అవసరమా?

In  my inbox there are questions saying Hyderabad is already developed hence there is ROI.. For all the viewers of this chat, Hyderabad west  (gachabowli) is mere hills when the development initiated in 1999. Exactly same process is followed by allotting lands MS, ISB and lands were sold to few other corps like ICICI corp etc..Fundamentally it is the same principle that is followed for Amaravathi followed in Amaravathi also , by 2010 it has become what it is today since Govt continued the policy with out any hurdles. I am surprised people who studied worked is aware of these facts questioning the proven principle that is being followed for Amaravathi. Unless there are political motivations in questioning, I am not seeing any reasonable argument , not sure what I am missing here
