అమ‌రావ‌తిని అభివృద్ధి చేస్తే, రాయ‌ల‌సీమ‌, ఉత్త‌రాంధ్ర‌, కోస్తా ప్రాంతాలు ఎలా పురోగ‌తి సాధిస్తాయో వివ‌రిస్తే బాగుంటుంద‌న్న చ‌ర్చ జ‌రుగుతోంది.

చంద్ర‌బాబు స‌ర్కార్‌కు రాజ‌ధాని అమ‌రావ‌తి అభివృద్ధి అత్యంత ప్రాధాన్య అంశం. ఒక్కో ప్ర‌భుత్వానికి ఒక్కో ర‌క‌మైన ఎజెండా వుంటుంది. సీఎం చంద్ర‌బాబుకు అమ‌రావ‌తి అభివృద్ధే ఏకైక ఎజెండా. ఆ త‌ర్వాతే మిగిలిన అంశాలు. ఇవాళ అమ‌రావ‌తిలో అభివృద్ధి ప‌నుల‌కు మ‌రోసారి ప్ర‌ధాని మోదీ శ్రీ‌కారం చుట్ట‌నున్నారు. ఈ సంద‌ర్భంగా చంద్ర‌బాబు ఇచ్చిన వాణిజ్య ప్ర‌క‌ట‌న‌లో కొన్ని వాక్యాలు… రాష్ట్ర ప్ర‌జానీకం చెవిలో అమ‌రావ‌తి పుష్పాన్ని పెడుతున్నట్టు అర్థ‌మ‌వుతుంద‌నే కామెంట్స్ వినిపిస్తున్నాయి.

“రాయ‌ల‌సీమ , ఉత్త‌రాంధ్ర‌, కోస్తా ప్రాంతాల స‌మ‌గ్ర అభివృద్ధికి సంప‌ద సృష్టి కేంద్రం మ‌న అమ‌రావ‌తి -మ‌న రాజ‌ధాని” అని ఆ ప్ర‌క‌ట‌న‌లో పేర్కొన‌డం విశేషం. ఇలాంటివి న‌మ్మే ప‌రిస్థితిలో ఆయా ప్రాంతాల ప్ర‌జ‌లు ఉన్నార‌ని ప్ర‌భుత్వ పెద్ద‌లు అనుకుంటూ ఉండొచ్చు. కానీ అమ‌రావ‌తిపై ప్ర‌భుత్వం అతి చేస్తోంద‌న్న భావ‌న‌, బాధ ఇత‌ర ప్రాంతాల్లో వుంది. ల‌క్ష కోట్ల‌తో అభివృద్ధి ప‌నుల్ని అమ‌రావ‌తిలో చేస్తామ‌ని అంటుంటే, మ‌రి త‌మ గ‌తేంట‌ని వెనుక‌బ‌డిన రాయ‌ల‌సీమ‌, ఉత్త‌రాంధ్ర ప్ర‌జ‌లు ఆవేద‌నతో ప్ర‌శ్నిస్తున్నారు.

అమ‌రావ‌తిలో అభివృద్ధి ప‌నుల కోసం విచ్చ‌ల‌విడిగా అప్పులు చేస్తూ, ఆ భారాన్ని మాత్రం త‌మ మీద మోపుతున్నార‌నే ఆవేద‌న వెనుక‌బ‌డిన ప్రాంతాల్లో బ‌లంగా వుంది. అభివృద్ధి కేంద్రీక‌ర‌ణ‌తో వేర్పాటువాద ఉద్య‌మాలు వ‌స్తాయ‌నే హెచ్చ‌రిక‌ల‌ను చంద్ర‌బాబు స‌ర్కార్ అస‌లు ప‌ట్టించుకోవ‌డం లేదు.

అమ‌రావ‌తిని అభివృద్ధి చేస్తే, రాయ‌ల‌సీమ‌, ఉత్త‌రాంధ్ర‌, కోస్తా ప్రాంతాలు ఎలా పురోగ‌తి సాధిస్తాయో వివ‌రిస్తే బాగుంటుంద‌న్న చ‌ర్చ జ‌రుగుతోంది. రాయ‌ల‌సీమ‌, ఉత్త‌రాంధ్ర‌ల‌కు ప్ర‌ధానంగా కావాల్సింది సాగునీళ్లు. బీడు భూముల‌కు సాగునీళ్లు అంద‌జేస్తే, అభివృద్ధి ప‌రుగులు పెడుతుంది. ఆ ప‌ని మాత్రం చేయ‌డం లేదు. అలాగే రాయ‌ల‌సీమ‌లో ప‌రిశ్ర‌మ‌ల స్థాప‌న‌కు కావాల్సిన వ‌న‌రులు పుష్క‌లంగా ఉన్నాయి. ఆ దిశ‌గా అడుగులు ప‌డ‌డం లేద‌న్న ఆవేద‌న వుంది.

వాస్త‌వాల్ని మ‌రుగుప‌రిచి అమ‌రావ‌తి అనేది సంప‌ద సృష్టిస్తుంద‌ని త‌మ‌ను మ‌భ్య‌పెడుతున్నార‌ని వెనుక‌బ‌డిన ప్రాంతాల ప్ర‌జ‌లు అస‌హ‌నంగా ఉన్నారు. అమ‌రావ‌తి ఎవ‌రి సంప‌ద సృష్టి కోసం శ‌ర‌వేగంగా అభివృద్ధి చేయాల‌ని ప్ర‌భుత్వం త‌పిస్తున్న‌దో తెలియ‌ని అమాయ‌క‌త్వంలో జ‌నం లేరు. ఈ విష‌యాన్ని ప‌రిగ‌ణ‌లోకి తీసుకుని, వెనుక‌బ‌డిన ప్రాంతాల అభివృద్ధికి ప్ర‌భుత్వం వ‌ద్ద ఉన్న రోడ్‌మ్యాప్ ఏంటో బ‌య‌ట‌పెట్టాలి. అది కూడా ప్ర‌జామోదం పొందాల్సి వుంటుంది.
