నాలుగేళ్ల క్రితం వైసీపీ ప్ర‌భుత్వం, పిటిష‌ర్ మ‌ధ్య హైకోర్టులో పోరు జ‌రిగింది. ఈ పిటిష‌న్‌పై ఇరుప‌క్షాల వాద‌న‌లు విన్న జ‌స్టిస్ బట్టు దేవానంద్ సంచ‌ల‌న తీర్పు ఇచ్చారు. శ్రీ‌వారిని జగన్ ద‌ర్శ‌నం చేసుకోడానికి డిక్ల‌రేష‌న్‌పై సంతకం చేయాల్సిన అవ‌స‌రం లేదంటూ పిటిష‌న్‌ను జ‌స్టిస్ బట్టు దేవానంద్ కొట్టి వేయ‌డం ఇప్పుడు వెలుగులోకి వచ్చింది.

మక్కా గుడి లోకి కూడా అల్లా అంటే నిజంగా భక్తి లేని వారు రాజకీయ కారణాల తో వెళ్లవచ్చా? కోర్టులు ఇలాంటి ఆదేశాలు ఇవ్వగలవ ?

Courts decide based secular principles of constitution of india…. the same secular principles applies to hindus as well to enter premises of other faith…..Hindus also have the option to approach high court enter premises of other faith without complying to thier traditions …… chattam dharmam okkati kaadhu mithramaa….
Secular principles applies to everyone equally….. if someone from a faith takes advantage of Secularism principles to enter Temple, people with other faith also will use the same shield to enter premises of other faiths freely….. right ante right wrong ante wrong….
Did you ever try entering a mosque or a church and did they ask you to sign a declaration of faith?if they did then it is wrong and such rules need to be changed. Did courts not make it illegal to do mass conversions in India ehich is against the secular principles that founded our constitution and didn’t everyone appreciate such ruling in India across religions?
Try entering a mosque with chappals and say it makes no sense to keep my chappals outside, I will wear it inside because its fine to do so in churches. Every premise will have rules. Have some sense to follow them.
We do not allow people to enter our house with chappals to keep thenpremises clean and the same rule applies to temples and mosques which is understandable. However, what are we achieving by non-hindus signing a declarationirrespective of their true belief. I can enter the temple being a believer of aeithism as long as I am a born Hindu and how is that acceptable to God and how are such people.proving their devotion towards God? I wish sense should prevail upon the so called Hinduism protectors as they are doing more harm than protecting with their intolerance.
Courts were also setup by people. Even these courts have rules about how to behave in courts and in front of the justice. You can’t do whatever you want in the court. Every religious place has their own rules and we are supposed to follow when we go there. Period.
Yes, every place has rules and they must be just, accommodsting, welcoming and comforting and when they are not our countries judiciary has the right to review them and change them.

You can do whatever you want and follow your conscience by sitting at your home. When you are going to a religious place, follow their rules. If you don’t want to follow the rule, shut all your holes and sit tight at home.
I will follow the rules that are appropriate, empathetic and not biased. People like you are responsible for treating people inhumanely in the name of caste during early era and a lot of struggles were faced to give their rights back and have them enter temples like everyone else. We will shut all your holes if you try to bring back that culture again in the name of dharmam or rules in the name of God.

Religion is a belief in God and everyone has the right to practice their religion in an individual capacity based on their beliefs. However, rules that apply to everyone were created by people for the benefit of our society and such rules that are applicable to everyone will fall under the jurisdiction of IPC. When such rules do create dissonance among people, courts have the right to interject and change such rules. This is not the first time such changes were done by courts and neither will be last. If you have issues with following such rules, you are welcome to buy an island and move there.
How come this rule has never created dissonance among people unless Jagan came? And what kind of rule are you opposing ?

Your question has the answer and this is my exact question. Jagan is being targeted for political reasons. How is TTD identifying individual’s religion and what checks are in place to identify the religion and ensuring declaration of faith is being signed by all non-hindus?
Its not political. It became issue because no one has an issue signing it so far. Its Jagan who has created the issue by saying he wont sign. How come other than Jagan no one had an issue signing it?

There was a rule in the temple during old days that some section of Hindus were not allowed in temples. Where were you when we fought against such rule and changed it? More recently, there was a fight against women not entering a temple and also fight against a divorce rule that caused suffering of Islamic women and courts have changed such rules. Rules made by people must toe the dharmam that any religion preaches and if not anyone will have the right to question and if needed change the rules to uplift the religion.
Back then, even when people had belief and respect and devotion they were not allowed. So, its not right.

You are trying to cleverly mix IPC with Civil code to justify the declaration issue . Everyone need to follow IPC no debate. But there religion will not play a role. Religion is a belief. And civil code will allow to follow the rules that we believe in. In this case if some other religion person wants to enter our temple then they MUST follow our rules. There is no compulsion for other religion people to attend our temple but in case they want to visit they need to follow our rules and we do same when we visit other religion holy places.

What is wrong is always wrong and is based on conscience which should not change. However, there are few chameleons who will change their tune based on where they are and I believe Jagan is not one such chameleon.

అప్పుడు వారు గౌరవనీయమైన ముఖ్యమంత్రి హోదాలో ఉన్నారు కాబట్టి తీర్పు అలా వచ్చింది. ఇప్పుడు వారు సామాన్యమైన శాసనసభ్యులు మాత్రమే కాబట్టి డికలరేషన్ మీద సంతకం చేయవలెను ఇంకొక ప్రత్యామ్నాయం లేదు.
