ఉత్తుత్తి కంపెనీకి 60 ఎకరాల విశాఖ స్థలం

ఆ రెండు అడ్రసులూ రెసిడెన్షియల్ బిల్డింగులు తప్ప అసలీ కంపీనికి సంబంధించిన బోర్డు కానీ, వ్యవహారం కానీ లేవు.

“ఆలులేదు, చూలు లేదు కొడుకు పేరు సోమలింగం” అనేది పాత సామెత. ఇప్పుడది “ఆఫీసు లేదు, రికార్డూ లేదు, కంపెనీకి మాత్రం 60 ఎకరాలు” అని మార్చుకోవాలేమో.

సామాన్యుడికి పర్సనల్ లోన్ కావాలంటే సిబిల్ స్కోర్ వగైరాల ట్రాక్ రికార్డ్ కావాలి. పిల్లల చదువు కోసం ఎడ్యుకేషన్ లోన్ కావాలంటే ఇల్లో పొలమో తాకట్టు పెట్టాలి. ఆఖరికి ఇల్లు కట్టుకోవడానికి లోన్ అడిగినా స్థలం చూపించాలి. ఫ్లాట్ కొనుక్కోవడానికి లోన్ అడిగినా సిబిల్ స్కోర్, జీతం చూసి ఎంత అర్హత ఉందో లెక్కేసి అనుకున్న దాంట్లో అరో, ముప్పాతికో ఇస్తాయి బ్యాంకులు.

కానీ కంపెనీ పేరుతో బ్యాంక్ అకౌంట్ తప్ప, ఆఫీసు కానీ, ట్రాక్ రికార్డ్ కానీ లేని జస్ట్ 2 నెలల వయసున్న సో-కాల్డ్ కంపెనీకి బాబు గారి ప్రభుత్వం ఏకంగా 60 ఎకరాలు కట్టబెట్టేసింది.. అది కూడా అతి తక్కువ ధరకి. ఇంతకీ ఆ కంపెనీ పేరు ఉర్సా (యు.ఆర్.ఎస్.ఎ)క్లస్టర్స్ ప్రైవేట్ లిమిటెడ్…పెట్టి రెండు నెలలవుతోంది.

ఈ వార్తని లోకల్ మీడియా కాదు..ఏకంగా “ది వైర్” స్టింగ్ ఆపరేషన్ తరహాలో పరిశోధన చేసి పట్టుకుంది. అగ్రీమెంటులో ఇచ్చిన హైదరాబాద్ ఎడ్రస్ కి, అమెరికా ఎడ్రెస్ కి “ది వైర్” తన బృందాన్ని పంపింది. ఆ రెండు అడ్రసులూ రెసిడెన్షియల్ బిల్డింగులు తప్ప అసలీ కంపీనికి సంబంధించిన బోర్డు కానీ, వ్యవహారం కానీ లేవు అని ఫొటోలతో సహా బయట పెట్టింది.

ఇప్పటికే టీసీయస్ కి అప్పళంగా 22 ఎకరాల భూమి ఇవ్వడమేంటని చంద్రబాబు ప్రభుత్వాన్ని తిట్టిపోస్తున్నారు విశ్లేషకులు. ఒక్క ఏడాదిలోనే రూ 50,000 కోట్ల పైచిలుకు లాభాన్ని చూపించిన టీసీయస్ కి ఆ మాత్రం భూమిని డబ్బు పెట్టి కొనుక్కోవడం కష్టం కాదు. రాష్ట్రానికి పెట్టుబడి తీసుకురావడమంటే అలాంటి కంపెనీ చేత భూమిని మార్కెట్ రేటుకి కాకపోతే కనీసం పభుత్వ ధరకైనా కొనిపించాలి కానీ ఊరికే ఇవ్వడమేంటి?

పోనీ టీసీయస్ కి ట్రాక్ రికార్డ్ బలంగా ఉంది కనుక, ఉద్యోగాల కల్పనకో, రియల్ బూం కో ఉపయోగపడుతుందనుకుని సర్ది చెప్పొచ్చు. కానీ ఈ క్లస్టర్స్ కంపెనీకి 60 ఎకరాలు ఇవ్వడమేంటి? అసలా కంపెనీకే తాడూ బొంగరం లేదు. ఆ పేరు కూడా ఎవ్వరికీ తెలీదు. అంతేసి ల్యాండ్ తక్కువ ధరకి ఎందుకిచ్చినట్టు? ఇందులో ఉన్న మతలబు ఏంటి?

ఆ కంపెనీ, విశాఖలో డేటా సెంటర్ కోసం 5728 కోట్ల రూపాయల పెట్టుబడి పెట్టడానికి ముందుకొచ్చిందట. సతీష్ అబ్బూరి, విజయ్ కుమార్ పెందుర్తి దానికి డైరెక్టర్లు. కౌశిక్ పెందుర్తి అమెరికాలో రిజిస్టర్ అయిన కంపెనీకి డైరెక్టర్. అక్కడ కూడా సెప్టెంబర్ 27, 2024నే కంపెనీ రిజిస్టర్ అయ్యింది. అంటే కూటమి ప్రభుత్వం ఫార్మ్ అయిన తర్వాతనే.

ఉర్స క్లస్టర్స్ ప్రైవేట్ లిమిటెడ్ పేరుతో ఫ్లాట్ 705, ఏక్తా బాసిల్ హైట్స్, కొత్తగూడ, హైద్రాబాద్ అని రిజిస్టర్డ్ అడ్రస్ గా ఉంది. “ది వైర్” బృందం అక్కడికి వెళ్లి చూస్తే అది ఒక అపార్ట్మెంట్ సముదాయంలోని గుమ్మడికాయ కూడా వేలాడదీయని ఒక రెసిడెన్షియల్ ఫ్లాట్.

ఇక అమెరికాలో ఈ కంపెనీ అఫీషియల్ అడ్రస్- 6807 సింగిల్ ట్రీ, ప్లీసన్ టన్, క్యాలిఫోర్నియా 94588 అని ఉంది. “ది వైర్” బృందం అక్కడికి కూడా బృందాన్ని పంపింది. చూస్తే అదొక త్రీ-బెడ్రూం రెసిడెన్షియల్ బిల్డింగ్.

కమర్షియల్ ప్లేస్ లో ఉండాల్సిన కంపెనీ అడ్రస్ రెసిడెన్షియల్ జోన్ లో ఉంది..రెండు దేశాల్లోనూ.

ఇదంతా చూస్తుంటే ఏదో గూడుపుఠాణి జరిగుతున్నట్టు లేదూ! ఇదేదో ఉత్తుత్తి కంపెనీలా లేదు. అమెరికాలోనూ, ఇండియాలోనూ ఉన్న ఆ కంపెనీ ఆంధ్రాలోనే కాకుండా తెలంగాణాలో కూడా పెట్టుబడులు పెట్టడానికి ముందుకొచ్చి, రెండు తెలుగు రాష్ట్రాల్లోనూ 10000 కోట్లు పెట్టడానికి ఒప్పందం చేసుకుందట.

అంతే కాదు ఇక్కడొక అనుమానాస్పద విషయం కూడా ఉంది. తెలంగాణా ప్రభుత్వం ఈ ఉర్స కంపెనీతో దావోస్ లో వరల్డ్ ఎకనామిక్ ఫారం లో ఎం.ఓ.యూ చేసుకుందట. హైదరాబాదులో రూ 5000 కోట్లతో 100 మెగా వాట్ల ఏ.ఐ పవర్ డేటా చెంటర్ హబ్ ని నెలకొల్పడమనేది సారాంశమట. కేవలం రూ 10 లక్షల ఆదరైజ్డ్ క్యాపిటల్ చూపించిన ఆ కంపెనీతో అంత పెద్ద డీల్ ఎలా చేసుకున్నట్టు?

ఆంధ్రా ప్రభుత్వం ఇచ్చిన 59 ఎకరాల (దాదాపు 60 ఎకరాలు) స్థలం విలువ వేయి కోట్ల రూపాయలకు పైచిలుకే ఉంటుంది. ఏ తాడూ బొంగరమూ లేని కంపెనీకి అంత భూమి కట్టబెట్టడమంటే ఏంటి? చేతికి మట్టి అంటకుండా షెల్ కంపెనీని అడ్డు పెట్టుకుని చేసే రియల్ వ్యాపారమా? ఊరికే ల్యాండ్ ని దొంగ కంపెనీకి తక్కువ ధరకి రాసిచ్చి బూం వచ్చాక దానిని సొమ్ము చేసుకునే కుయత్నమా? ఏమో మరి..దీని మీద ప్రభుత్వం క్లారిటీ ఇవ్వాలి.

కనీసం నారా లోకేష్ అయినా నోరు విప్పాలి. లేకపోతే దీనిపై మొత్తం మీడియా ఫోకస్ చేస్తుంది. ఇబ్బంది లేకపోతే ఆలస్యం చేయకుండా వివరణ ఇవ్వాలి. ఇబ్బంది ఉందనుకుంటే, ఏ అరెష్టునో వెలుగులోకి తెచ్చి విషయాన్ని డైవర్ట్ చెయ్యాలి. అది కూడా డైవెర్షన్ కి సరిపోకపోతే ఇంకాస్త పెద్ద డైవెర్షన్ వార్తని ఏదో తీసుకురావాలి. ప్రభుత్వాధినేతలకి అలవాటైపోయిన విద్య ఇదే.

ఇదంతా కేసినేని నాని తన ట్విట్టర్ అకౌంట్ ద్వారా బయటపెడుతూ, “వైజాగ్ లో టీసీయస్ కు ల్యాండ్ ఇచ్చినందుకు మిమ్మల్ని అభినందిస్తున్నాను సీఎం గారు. కానీ కపులుప్పాడ వద్ద మీరు ఉర్సా కు 60 ఎకరాలు ఇవ్వడాన్ని వ్యతిరేకిస్తున్న ఎందుకంటే అది విజయవాడ ఎంపీ బినామీ కంపెనీ, ఆ కంపెనీకి ఎలాంటి అనుభవం కూడా లేదు… ఒకసారి ఈ కంపెనీ పేరు మీద మీరు ఇచ్చిన భూమిని మరోసారి పరిశీలిస్తారు అని కోరుకుంటున్నా” అని రాసారు.

దానికి ఉర్స డైరక్టర్ అబ్బూరి స్పందిస్తూ ఆ భూమిని టీసీయస్ మాదిరిగా రూ 99 పైసలకి కాదని, ఐటీ పార్క్ కోసం ఎకరా రూ 1 కోటికి, కుపులుప్పాడ వద్ద ఎకరం రూ 50 లక్షలకి కొనడానికి ప్రభుత్వానికి ప్రొపోజ్ చేసామని చెప్పుకొచ్చారు.

కోటైనా, 50 లక్షలైనా మార్కెట్ రేటుకంటే చాలా చాలా తక్కువ. పైగా ఇది అనుభవం లేని, బలమైన పెట్టూబడి సత్తా చూపించని కొత్త కంపెనీ. అక్కడే వస్తోంది అనుమానమంతా.

    ఒకప్పుడు “మామయ్య” అంటూ ప్రేమగా పిలిచిన మహిళలు, ఇప్పుడు జగన్ మోహన్ రెడ్డి పేరు వినగానే జాల్రాలు వేస్తున్నారు. ఇంట్లో ఒకరిలా కనిపించిన వ్యక్తి, ఆ ఇంటినే నాశనం చేసాడన్న భావన ఇప్పుడు గ్రామాల్లో బలంగా నెలకొంది. తన తల్లిని కోర్టుకు లాగిన వాడిని మన నాయకుడిగా ఎలా అంగీకరిస్తాం అని ఆడవాళ్లు గళమెత్తుతున్నారు. కుటుంబానికి గౌరవం లేని వాడికి ప్రజలకు ఏమాత్రం గౌరవం ఉంటుంది?

    గ్రామాల్లో ఇది ఏకవాక్యం: “మనం మోసపోయాం… ఇక మళ్లీ కాదు!” జగన్ వేసిన నాటకాలన్నీ బహిరంగమయ్యాయి. సంక్షేమం పేరుతో ఓట్లు గెలవడం మాత్రమే ఆయన లక్ష్యమని ప్రజలు ఎట్టకేలకు గుర్తించారు. అల్లరి మాటలతో ఆకర్షించిన రోజులే గడిచిపోయాయి. ఇప్పుడు ప్రజలు విషయాన్ని తలచుకొని మాడిపోతున్నారు.

    తల్లిని తక్కువ చేస్తే మనిషికి మానవత్వమే లేదని చెప్పే తెలుగు సంస్కృతిని తునాతునకలు చేసిన జగన్ పట్ల ఇప్పుడు గ్రామాల మన్ననే కాదు, మనస్సు కూడా పూర్తిగా తిరస్కరించింది. “ఎవడైనా గెలవాలి కానీ… ఇలాంటోడు కాదు” అన్న మాటలు ఆ వృద్ధుల నోటి నుంచి కూడా వినిపిస్తున్నాయి. ఒక్క కుటుంబం నడిపించలేని వాడిని రాష్ట్రం నడిపించడానికి ఎలా నమ్ముతాం?

    పార్టీ నాయకత్వంలో విభేదాలు, క్యాడర్‌కి గల వైముఖ్యాన్ని వేరే కోణంగా చూడాల్సిన అవసరం లేదు. అది జగన్‌ పట్ల ప్రజల్లోని అసహనం ప్రతిబింబమే. ఇప్పటికే 40 శాతం పైగా పార్టీ శ్రేణులు పార్టీని విడిచి వెళ్లిపోవడం యాదృచ్ఛికం కాదు. అది ప్రజలు తీర్పునిచ్చిన తర్వాత జరుగుతున్న సహజ పరిణామం.

    ఇప్పటికి గ్రామాల్లో ప్రజలు చెప్పేది ఒక్కటే—తల్లిని అగౌరవపరిచిన, చెల్లిని అపహాస్యం చేసిన వాడికి ఓటు వేయడమంటే… మా తల్లులను, చెల్లెల్లను అవమానపరచినట్టు అవుతుంది. ఇది రాజకీయ తిరస్కారం కాదు… ఇది నైతిక తిరుగుబాటు. జగన్ మళ్ళీ వచ్చిన రాస్తా కాదు… ఇదే చివరి దారి!

    1. what is ‘the wire’, what is its credibility, who owns it, where did you find out about it?
    2. why did ‘the wire'(international) do a sting operation? what did it do with the results?
    3. instead of crying foul, why cant you file a case?
    4. who are the 100’s of people protesting in the photo? do you have a copywrite?

    1. Rey Jaffa. Put the same focus on URSA. Why do you need to authenticate The wire ? You can find any LLC registration details and address in USA. Use google maps for the location verification. Do you support that 60 acres land assignment to that suitcase company ? Don’t divert. 

    2. The Wire is an independent news agency started by Siddharth Varadarajan (former editor of The Hindu). They publish anti BJP news, they once wrote some false news against Bharat Biotech Covaxine and court ordered them to take down the article. So, this is not a very reliable outlet.

  5. Reminding of IMG Bharath scam during CBN regime allocating 100 acres of prime land beside HCU which late YSR had to fight in courts to get it back. Now same is happening in Vizag.

Weird fact of this story is that even these benami and shell companies does not want lands in Amaravathi capital region and instead choose Vizag for the lands. This proves that Jagan’s decision to make Vizag as capital is correct and the decision of CBN to pool land for Amaravathi is farce and publicity stunt.

Glad you asked. Houses and Palaces will be built everywhere but investments will only be done at a place that has potential to be a capital. Government offices, Parliament and politician houses will be built in Delhi but financial capital will be Mumbai where people like to have their business.

Honored you fooling, Mr. Ranga Prasad. If CBN had the vision to make Vizag as software hub then why was HCL allowed land in Amaravathi? Also, Jagan declared the same vision that you are now crediting CBN with in the assembly but yellow folks filed private cases in courts delaying the completion of Jagan’s vision. Still Jagang developed the infrastructure in Vizag which is evident with the way how the software companies are queuing for lands in Vizag. If you feel CBN had the vision to develop Rayalaseema as Industrial corridor, how many industries were allowed lands at Sri City SEZ? Finally, if claiming others work for your publicity work is termed as visionary then there is nothing wrong in people like you calling CBN a visionary.

I pity your foolishness. If not declaring Amaravathi was the reason for Jagan’s defeat, then why did CBN lose in 2019 even after making Amaravati as capital and why did Lokesh lose in Mangalagiri? Also, I had a heaetfIl laugh about your comment about Industries coming to AP looking at Lokesh and CBN. We are seeing shell companies coming to Andhra Pradesh to loot lands in Vizag which is a developed place. If companies are coming looking at Lokesh and CBN they would have been established in Amaravathi. Go tell you cock and bull stories to your children and that too only if they are not going to school. Anyone with miniscule of knowledge will not be fooled with your antiquated stories.

Jagan did nothing but schools are good. Jagan did nothing but we had investments like Greenko and Daikin and 346 MSMEs setup in Sri City SEZ. Jagan did nothing but construction of 3 ports, 9 fishing harbors and Bhogapuram airport was started. Jagan did nothing but power was purchased at the lowest possible price from SECI. Jagan did nothing and he funded the welfare promises made to people even when Indian economy was reeling under Corona. Jagan did nothing but we have Village Secretariats and Village clinics in every village. Jagan did nothing but we had governance at the door step with Volunteer system whichbsaved thousands of lives in AP. Jagan did nothing but we had 1.3L jobs created within 6 months. Jagan did nothing but we had the kidney problem in Uddanam resolved. Jagan did nothing but we had Polavaram works continued after pandemic ended. Jagan did nothing but he saved Vijayawada low lying areas from recent floods by building retaining wall….

Both Sri City SEZ and Vizag IT HUb  were setup by late YSR garu and it is shameful to take someone else’s credit. Yes, Jagan realized the need for distributed development after coming to power and his choice of Vizag as administrative capital was taken after looking into the feasibility of investing lakhs of crores into a building a city like Amaravathi which was a real estate and publicity stunt by self declared visionary.

    కనీసం 3 సంవత్సరాలు కంపెనీ టాక్స్ ఫైల్ చేయకుంటే unsecured OD అకౌంట్ కూడా ఇవ్వరు ఇండియా లో , అలాంటిది 3 నెలలు ముందు పెట్టిన కంపెనీ కి ల్యాండ్ అల్లొట్మెంట్ చెయ్యడమంటే ఆలోచించండి ….

    రాయలసీమ ని ఇండస్ట్రియల్ సెక్టార్ గా మారుస్తున్నారు.. కియా ని బేస్ చేసుకుని ఏదైనా మ్యానిఫేక్చరింగ్ ఇండస్ట్రీస్ కి రాయలసీమ జిల్లాల్లో కేటాయిస్తారు..

    సముద్ర తీర ప్రాంతమున్న ఉత్తరాంధ్ర కి కెమికల్, పెట్రోలియం, ఐరన్ ఓరు ఇండస్ట్రీస్ కి కేటాయిస్తున్నారు..

  9. టీడీపీ పార్టీ తరుఫున ఈ సంస్థ ప్రతినిధులకు, కొంత మంది మీడియా, సోషల్ మీడియా వారికీ కలిపి ఒక టెలీకాన్ఫరెన్స్ నిర్వహించారు. దానికి వెళ్ళి వచ్చిన నల్లమోతు చక్రవర్తి అనే నిన్న మొన్నటి టీడీపీ సానుభూతిపరుడు కూడా ఈ సంస్థ అనుమానాస్పదంగా ఉందని, దానికిచ్చిన భూములు వెనక్కి తీసుకోవాలని కోరారు
