13. if really such a clause is introduced (on minimum marks), it must be welcomed. These jobs are for teaching profession. If the candidates couldn’t score even 50% in intermediate then, who will be willing to send their students to be taught under such competent teachers. Leaving politics aside this must be welcomed.

    but the only downside I see here is the early communication. after preparing for so many months now if someone find they are ineligible is a difficult pil to digest. but the reform is good.
