సిసోడియా మీద కేసు పెడితే రాజకీయమైనప్పుడు జగన్ మీద కేసు కూడా రాజకీయమే కదా అవుతుంది.

తాను యాగాలు చేయడం వల్లే వర్షాలు కురుస్తాయని నమ్మే స్వామీజీకి, తాను వార్తలు రాయడం వల్లే ప్రజాస్వామ్య సంరక్షణ జరుగుతుందని నమ్మే ఆంధ్రజ్యోతి రాధాకృష్ణకి పెద్ద తేడా లేదు. నిజానికి ఆయన వ్యవస్థలని కాకుండా చంద్రబాబును కాపాడుతున్నారు. బాబుకి వ్యతిరేకంగా ఉండే వ్యక్తుల పైన, పార్టీలపైన బురద జల్లుతూ ఉంటారు. దీనికి ప్రతిఫలంగా ఆర్కే ఆస్తులు ఎన్ని వందలు రెట్లు పెరిగాయో అందరికంటే బాగా ఆయనకే తెలుసు.

ప్రతి వారం ఆయన వండి వార్చే కొత్త పలుకు ఏకపక్షంగా, అన్యాయంగా ఉంటుంది. ఆ రాతలు ధ‌ర్మం, న్యాయ‌మ‌ని, నిష్పాక్షిక‌త‌కు అర్థమ‌ని ఆర్కే విశ్వసిస్తారు. తెలుగుదేశం కళ్లద్దాల నుండి ప్రపంచాన్ని చూస్తూ బాబు చేతి కర్ర సాయంతో నడుస్తూ వ్యవస్థల్ని సక్రమంగా నడిపించే పనిలో ఆర్కే ఉంటారు. ఇది తెలివైన‌ అజ్ఞానం.. అజ్ఞానంతో నిండిన తెలివి.

ఈ ఆదివారం(ఆగ‌స్ట్ 11) న్యాయవ్యవస్థపై తన ఏకపక్ష తెలివిని ప్రదర్శించారు. ఢిల్లీ మాజీ ముఖ్యమంత్రి సిసోడియా 17 నెలలు జైల్లో ఉన్నారు. ఒకవేళ దర్యాప్తు పూర్త‌యి కోర్టు విచార‌ణ‌లో సిసోడియా నిర్ధోషి అని తేలితే 17 నెల‌ల జైలు శిక్ష‌కు ఎవరు బాధ్యత తీసుకుంటారని ఆర్కే ప్రశ్న. నిజమే న్యాయమే. మరి అదే న్యాయం జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి కూడా వర్తిస్తుంది కదా ఆయన 16 నెలలు జైలు శిక్షకి ఎవరు బాధ్యత వహిస్తారు. ఈ విషయం ఎప్పుడైనా కొత్త‌ప‌లుకులో ప్రస్తావించారా? ప్ర‌స్తావించ‌రు.. ఎందుకంటే జగన్ నేరస్తుడని కోర్టులతో సంబంధం లేకుండా ఆంధ్రజ్యోతి నిర్ణ‌యించ‌గ‌ల‌దు. ఏ1, జైలు పక్షి, ఆర్థిక నేరస్తుడు అని వార్తలు రాసే హ‌క్కు ఆంధ్రజ్యోతి పత్రిక స్వేచ్ఛలో ఒక భాగం. మరి రేపు కోర్టులో నిర్దోషి అని తెలితే ఫస్ట్ పేజీలో ఆంధ్రజ్యోతి జ‌గ‌న్‌కి క్షమాపణ చెబుతుందా?

కాంగ్రెస్ కి, సోనియాకి అనుకూలంగా వుండిఉంటే జగన్ పైన కేసులు ఉండేవి కాదని అందరికీ తెలుసు. సిసోడియా మీద కేసు పెడితే రాజకీయమైనప్పుడు జగన్ మీద కేసు కూడా రాజకీయమే కదా అవుతుంది. న్యాయమూర్తుల్ని కూడా జగనే బదిలీ చేయిస్తున్నాడనే అర్థంలో కొత్త పలుకు ఉంది. మరి జడ్జీలను బదిలీ చేయించగలిగే శక్తి వుంటే, వాళ్లతో అనుకూల తీర్పులు ఇప్పించుకోలేడా? దానికి దశాబ్దంపైన అవసరమా?

ఒకవేళ శిక్ష పడితే రాష్ట్రానికి 5 ఏళ్ల పాటు పాలించే అవకాశం కల్పించిన పాపం ఎవరిద‌ని కూడా ఆర్కే ప్రశ్న. దేశంలో చాలామంది నాయకులు జైలు శిక్ష పడ‌క ముందు రాష్ట్రాలు ఏలిన వాళ్లే. జయలలిత, లాలు ఇలా చాలా పేర్లు చెప్పొచ్చు. ఆంధ్రజ్యోతి జడ్జిమెంట్ ఏంటంటే జగన్‌కి శిక్ష పడకపోతే కోర్టులు భ్ర‌ష్టుపట్టిన‌ట్లు, శిక్ష పడితే అద్భుతంగా పనిచేసినట్లే. కోర్టులు ఏం చేయాలో చెబుతూ, తాను చేయాల్సిన పనులు ఆర్కే మరిచిపోతున్నారు.

చంద్రబాబు హామీల గురించి మాట్లాడ‌డు, సంపద సృష్టిపై నోరు మెదప‌రు, ఉచిత ఇసుక ఎందుకు దొరకడం లేదో చెప్పడు, లోకేష్ రెడ్ బుక్‌ని ప్రశ్నించారు. ఒక ప్రైవేట్ పత్రిక అధిపతి మరణిస్తే ప్రభుత్వం ఎందుకు కోట్లు ఖర్చు చేయాల్సి వ‌చ్చిందో వివరించడు. జ‌గ‌న్ త‌న ర‌క్ష‌ణ కోసం కోర్టుకి వెళ్తే అదో పెద్ద నేరం. దీనికి తోడు చంద్రబాబు మెతక వైఖరితో వైసీపీ రెచ్చిపోతోందంట. గ్రామాల్లో జరుగుతున్న దాడులు చాలవంట‌. ఇంకా జరగాలని ఇన్‌డైరెక్టుగా చెబుతున్నారు. ఇది పత్రిక లక్షణమా?

సాక్షిని రోత పత్రిక అని ముద్దుగా ఆర్కే పిలుస్తుంటాడు. సాక్షికి య‌జమాని జగన్, ఆయ‌న‌ కోసమే పని చేస్తుంది, చేయాలి. మరి ఆంధ్రజ్యోతి య‌జమాని ఎవరు? ఆర్కే ఎవ‌రి కోసం పని చేస్తున్నారు. ఆయన తక్షణం శోకాలు పెట్టాల్సింది న్యాయవ్యవస్థ గురించి కాదు దిగజారిపోయిన పత్రిక వ్యవస్థ గురించి. దానికి నిప్పు పెట్టి నీళ్ల కోసం అరిచే తన గురించి!

    కోర్టుకు వచ్చి వాదనలు వినిపించమని. కానీ తప్పించుకుని తిరిగాడు , ఇన్నాళ్లు పదవి పేరుతో.

    ఆఖరికి కోడి కట్టి డ్రామా కేసు లో కూడా పక్కనే వున్న కోర్టు కి వెళ్ళలేదు, ఎక్కడ తాను వేసిన డ్రామా బయట పడిద్దో అని.
