తిరుప‌తి మున్సిప‌ల్ కార్పొరేష‌న్ డిప్యూటీ మేయ‌ర్ ఎన్నికలో పాల్గొనేందుకు బ‌స్సులో వెళుతున్న తిరుప‌తి ఎంపీ డాక్టర్ మ‌ద్దిల గురుమూర్తి, ఎమ్మెల్సీ సిపాయి సుబ్ర‌మ‌ణ్యం, న‌గ‌ర ప్ర‌థ‌మ మ‌హిళ డాక్టర్ శిరీష, అలాగే ప‌లువురు వైసీపీ కార్పొరేట‌ర్ల‌పై రౌడీ మూక‌లు దాడి చేయ‌డంపై జాతీయ మానవ హ‌క్కుల క‌మిష‌న్ (ఎన్‌హెచ్ఆర్‌సీ) సీరియస్ అయ్యింది. దాడికి సంబంధించిన ఆధారాలు వీడియోల రూపంలో వుంటే, గుర్తు తెలియ‌ని వ్య‌క్తులు పాల్ప‌డిన‌ట్టు కేసు న‌మోదు చేయ‌డాన్ని ఎన్‌హెచ్ఆర్‌సీ తీవ్రంగా త‌ప్పు ప‌ట్టింది.
త‌మ‌పై దాడికి సంబంధించి ఆధారాల‌తో స‌హా ఫిర్యాదు చేసినా, పోలీసులు గుర్తు తెలియ‌ని వ్య‌క్తులు దుర్ఘ‌ట‌న‌కు పాల్ప‌డ్డార‌ని కేసు న‌మోదు చేయ‌డంపై తిరుప‌తి ఎంపీ గురుమూర్తి ఆగ్ర‌హం వ్య‌క్తం చేశారు. అత్యున్న‌త చ‌ట్ట‌స‌భ‌కు ప్రాతినిథ్యం వ‌హిస్తున్న త‌న‌తో పాటు ఇత‌ర ప్ర‌జాప్ర‌తినిధులు ఓటింగ్‌లో పాల్గొనేందుకు వెళుతుండ‌గా అధికార పార్టీకి చెందిన రౌడీ మూక‌లు దాడి చేసి, గాయ‌ప‌రిచార‌ని పేర్ల‌తో స‌హా ఫిర్యాదు చేసినా ప‌ట్టించుకోకుండా, త‌మ హ‌క్కుల‌కు భంగం క‌లిగించారంటూ జాతీయ మానవ హ‌క్కుల క‌మిష‌న్‌కు తిరుప‌తి ఎంపీ ఫిర్యాదు చేశారు. అలాగే దాడికి సంబంధించి వివిధ టీవీ చానెల్స్‌లో ప్ర‌సార‌మైన వీడియోల‌ను ఆధారాల కింద జాతీయ మానవ హ‌క్కుల క‌మిష‌న్‌కు ఆయ‌న స‌మ‌ర్పించారు.
అమాన‌వీయ రీతిలో క‌ళ్ల‌కు క‌ట్టిన‌ట్టు దాడి దృశ్యాలు వీడియోల్లో క‌నిపిస్తున్నా, బాధితుల ఫిర్యాదు మేర‌కు కేసు న‌మోదు చేయ‌క‌పోవ‌డంపై ఎన్‌హెచ్ఆర్‌సీ ఆశ్చ‌ర్యం వ్య‌క్తం చేసిన‌ట్టు తెలిసింది. ఈ నేప‌థ్యంలో ఏపీ డీజీపీ, చీఫ్ సెక్ర‌ట‌రీకి ఆ సంస్థ నోటీసులు జారీ చేసింది. వేర్వేరుగా ద‌ర్యాప్తు నిర్వ‌హించి, నెల‌లోపు నివేదిక స‌మ‌ర్పించాల‌ని డీజీపీ, సీఎస్‌ల‌ను ఎన్‌హెచ్ఆర్‌సీ ఆదేశించ‌డం తీవ్ర చ‌ర్చ‌నీయాంశ‌మైంది.
ఈ ఘ‌ట‌న‌లో తిరుప‌తి పోలీస్‌బాస్‌, అలాగే ఎన్నిక‌ల అధికారిగా వ్య‌వ‌హ‌రించిన జాయింట్ క‌లెక్ట‌ర్‌, మున్సిప‌ల్ కార్పొరేష‌న్ అధికారుల ప్ర‌మేయానికి సంబంధించిన ఆధారాలున్న‌ట్టు వైసీపీ నేత‌లు చెప్తున్నారు. వీళ్లంతా కేసులో ఇరుక్కునే అవ‌కాశాలున్నాయ‌ని ప‌లువురు న్యాయ నిపుణులు అభిప్రాయ‌ప‌డుతున్నారు.

I was in India and also the reason for the same. The incident was a result of instigating from TDP and YCP instead of ignoring the dogs acted to silence them. I would have done the same if mad dogs attack me and my family with vulgar names.
