You have to pay certain amount out of your pocket before insurance kicks in. Do your research before propagating half truths here.

         2. It would be foolish to not know the difference between premium and treatment cost. Premium increases year to year based on multiple factors but treatment cost is covered based on the how the policy is filed and that does not change year over year.

               Tender agreements for these colleges were delayed, leaving insufficient time for necessary civil works: Agreements for Markapur and Madanapalle were signed in February 2023, Adoni and Pulivendula in December 2022, and Paderu in June 2021. Engineers from the Andhra Pradesh Medical Services and Infrastructure Development Corporation (APMSIDC) estimate that major civil works typically require at least 30 months to complete.

               Of the ₹2,425 crore allocated for these colleges, only ₹533 crore (22%) has been utilised, with ₹188 crore in payments pending since July 2023, constructions were halted. Notably, expenditure is as low as 6 percent for Madanapalle, 10 percent for Markapur and Adoni, and somewhat better at 23 percent for Paderu and 58 percent for Pulivendula.

               The previous government allegedly failed to release ₹198 crore from Centrally Sponsored Schemes (CSS) and Special Assistance for Capital Investment (SACI), contributing to the slow progress.

               The new administration, which took office on 12 June attributed these issues to the former government’s mismanagement.

The AP Govt is planning to build atleast 3 to 6 reservoirs to divert and maintain water stability in Amaravati. For each reservoir , atleast 1200 to 1500 acres of land needed for min/max water level, storage or diversion channels which means 5000 acres of land is gone for this. Along with that how much money is going to be spent on building them. Are we really building a capital city or dams? Now they are planning to introduce some Netherland technology to protect the white elephant will retaining walls? Netherlands is a country not a state and the walls have been built against the sea but not to protect from a river. A country will have it’s own budget but state needs to dependent on the federal govt for tax shared. I really don’t understand how much these guys are planning to spend to build the Amaravati and when is it going to be functional. It should always be a viable solution and taking all the financial and geographic aspects into consideration, CBN has to revise and withdraw the decision in he is a real visionary. There are minor changes which were enough for the operational costs. If you are still confident enough please come with the both regime budgets and then we can have a debate on that.
